If you’ve ever watched a music video that left you feeling something—something deep, something real—then you’ve already experienced the magic of Gabriela Grafolin. At just 28, this Brazilian music video and creative director is already making a name for herself. And now? She’s ready to dominate the U.S. music scene.

Carol Biazin: Elevating Music Videos to New Heights

Gabriela’s work with Brazilian singer Carol Biazin stands as a testament to her skills as a music video and creative director. Gabriela directed two music videos for Biazin’s second album, Reversa: “Real Valor” and “Ligações de Alma”. Her role in this project went beyond directing individual videos—she collaborated with Biazin on the overall album narrative and developed the entire visual storytelling for the project, including the music videos and photoshoot.
For Biazin’s third album, No Escuro, Quem É Você?, Gabriela was again entrusted with the visual storytelling and creative direction. This time, she screen-directed both music videos for the album: “Não Quero Me Apaixonar” and “Amor Traumatizado”. Each of these videos has resonated with millions of viewers, underscoring Gabriela’s unique ability to bring music to life visually.
“Real Valor”, launched on December 16, 2023, has garnered over 5,053,303 views and 62K likes on YouTube.
“Ligações de Alma”, featuring Baco Exu do Blues, has amassed 6,837,857 views and 87K likes since its release on August 23, 2023.
With Carol Biazin’s YouTube channel boasting 918K subscribers, Gabriela’s contributions have had a tremendous impact, further establishing her reputation in the industry as a director who enhances the artist’s brand and connects with audiences on a deep, emotional level.

Lucas Inutilismo: The Power of Visual Storytelling

Gabriela also made waves working with Lucas Inutilismo, one of Brazil’s most innovative content creators. Notably, she directed the music video for “Inabalável”. In “Inabalável,” Gabriela infused Lucas’s offbeat, humorous style with her vibrant, emotionally evocative visual techniques.
“Inabalável”, which premiered on March 24, 2024, has received 488,537 views and 51K likes.
With Lucas’s channel holding 496K subscribers, Gabriela’s direction of “Inabalável” showcases her ability to adapt her distinctive visual style to different artistic voices, further proving her versatility and talent.

    Jão: Crafting Immersive Experiences

Gabriela’s work with Jão, one of Brazil’s biggest pop sensations, marks another milestone in her career. As Creative Coordinator and Assistant to his Creative Director Pedro Tofani, Gabriela had a hand in several key moments of Jão’s career. She worked on his “Super” album audition, a monumental event that attracted significant attention, where she also edited the lyric videos shown during the event. Gabriela also co-wrote the script for the music video of Jão’s hit “Me Lambe” and contributed to his memorable performance at The Town, a major music festival.
“Me Lambe”, released on September 14, 2023, has accumulated 5,968,682 views and 150K likes on YouTube.
Jão’s YouTube channel boasts a massive following of 2.3M subscribers, making Gabriela’s work with him all the more impactful.

A Visionary Approach to Visual Storytelling

At the heart of Gabriela’s extraordinary work is her synesthesia—a neurological condition that allows her to see colors when she listens to music, giving her a unique perspective when it comes to pairing visuals with sound. This rare ability has become her secret weapon, enabling her to create videos that don’t just tell a story, but evoke deep emotional responses from viewers through her masterful use of color and contrast.
Gabriela’s approach goes beyond standard music video production. She immerses herself in each project, creating cohesive narratives that reflect the identity of the artists she works with. Her ability to communicate stories through vibrant, evocative visuals has not only earned her the respect of artists like Biazin, Lucas, and Jão but also recognition from major media outlets such as Billboard Brasil, Glamour Brasil, and PopNow.

A Rising Star on the Global Stage

Gabriela’s career trajectory is nothing short of impressive. With a background in Advertising and Propaganda from ESPM and a technical degree in Graphic Design, she has the skills and experience to continue making an indelible mark on the music industry. Her work at Steal The Look, W3haus, and Vista magazine only further honed her talents, preparing her for the creative demands of music video production.
Now poised to break into the U.S. music scene, Gabriela is ready to take her visionary approach to an even larger audience. Her videos are not just pieces of content—they are works of art that resonate long after the screen fades to black. With a proven track record of millions of views and viral success, Gabriela is not only a force to be reckoned with in Brazil but a talent that the world should be watching closely.
